Space planning is the fundamental element of interior architecture. It is defined by the exterior of the building and the interior walls acting as separations for adjacent uses and tenants. Most often it’s affiliated with tenant improvements for an existing space or the interior of new construction. We work hand in hand with commercial real estate professionals, property managers and business owners to provide conceptual layouts and construction budgets that help determine if your needs fit within the constraints of existing buildings. Our projects vary in size and scope and we take pride in the entire process. Whether it’s new, professional office space, restaurants, retail or medical office buildings, we’ve got you covered. We have experience working within close proximity to existing tenants and we understand the importance of maintaining the continuity of existing operations. It’s imperative to quickly generate multiple solutions for multiple locations.
