StudioPLPV continuously works to bridge the gaps in the industry. The traditional roles of architects, cost engineers, planners, superintendents, and project managers are broken down and refocused for one purpose. We build. Middleton Oaks offered studioPLPV the opportunity to work in the manner that best suits our DNA. We were instrumental from project conception through project close-out and orchestrated every phase without being held back by standard industry roles. And, it was fantastic. Coordinating with attorneys, loan officers, real estate professionals, county engineers, zoning officials, subcontractors, building officials, and most importantly the end-users, is simultaneously exhausting and invigorating. There is no greater sense of accomplishment than seeing an idea flourish into physical form. Middleton Oaks gave us that opportunity and what we learned during the project became the foundation of studioPLPV. If you’re interested in the nuts and bolts, keep reading.
